We just got back from our big trip last night. We are so thankful to the Lord for protecting us and bringing us home safe! I was behind on pictures to begin with so I'm posting several pictures. We were sick a lot before we left so there are some of that time. Here is an overveiw of the trip. We left early on the 22nd of November, drove 12 hours to my parents' house for a night's stop befor we left for Robert's dad's house in Oklahoma the next morning. That drive was about 6 hours with the stops for pottying and such. We stayed there for three nights, celebrated Thanksgiving with his dad's side of the family and then went to Robert's mom's house in Texas for three nights(only about an hour drive). We celebrated Tender's and his mom's birthday there. We were hoping for the energy to drive on to Dallas for at least one night to see some family and friends there but we were so exhausted and worn out that we cancelled that and went on back to Arkansas to visit my parents(about a 6 hour drive). We celebrated a late Thanksgiving with them and The Boy's birthday with them. Yesterday morning we took off early and made it home within about 12 hours. Wild Man was pretty sick for the last few days of the trip. In Texas Robert and Bug had horrendous allergies. Wild Man and myself had allergy issues in Arkansas. Hulk did really well, considering, with his pottying on the trip! He also did great with sleeping because he is still in a crib at home, but slept on the floor at two houses and in a big bed with The Boy at another stop! We will likely convert his crib after Christmas. While we were in Arkansas my old high school football team played a semi playoff game at home! I took two of the kids with me to the game while Robert stayed home and worked on a paper after putting all the rest of the kids to bed. And they won the game! Obviously we couldn't stay a whole other week to attend the state game at the capital but I will be trying to watch it on live feed. : ) Today we are putting up Christmas decorations and resting! As much as possible, anyway. I do have to meal plan and go grocery shopping.
